When:

Tuesday, March 9th: 8pm - 10.30/11pm

Game-Plan:

Icecrown Citadel

Who:

Tanks
1. Hanstall (protection warrior)
2. Toorin (protection paladin)
Healers
3. Bendric (holy paladin)
4. Chiiel (resto shaman)
5. Whamei (resto druid)
DPS
6. Baliarl (fire mage)
7. Darknut (unholy Death Knight)
8. Merapeh (shadow priest)
9. Almina (bm hunter)
10. sub - Endo (shadow priest)

I think Cole will still be gone next week. Endo will sub again as usual if so.

Next week, I would like to go to the Princes after we clear the lower Citadel so we can get a second kill, even though it is a decent amount of trash for a one boss detour. Hopefully we can finish that up with enough time to go kill Festergut and Rotface. I think with the new buff, we should be able to kill Rotface now, although us DPS should continue working on being more efficient getting in and out with slimes and hork avoidance. Our DPS time was probably a lot lower than it needed to be, which was making the fight drag out too long.

Let's try to start on time and zip through lower bosses without any silly wipes so we have plenty of time to work on everything. If we don't kill Princes, Rot and Fester on next week's ID, we may discuss extending this ID for March 16th*.

* actually, I think Han might be absent on the 16th, so this might not be ideal.

Okay, so I was a little off ;)

I couldn't find where you told me what dates you would miss. I thought that week might be one of them. :P

I actually do have an important meeting on the 17th. So there is some chance that things will get out of control and I'll be up late working, but I'm not planning on it. Or maybe Jaradine is planning to whisk me away to an exotic Caribbean vacation and only told you?

The last plays we have scheduled for awhile are March 30 and June 1.

My apologies for missing this evening. I got home and realized I did not have my authenticator on me nor would Blizz Account Services help me remove it from my account. In fact, they wouldn't do anything other than have robot lady repeat that they were 'currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes' and hang up on me.

Good luck folks!

I thought you could remove an authenticator from your battlenet account if you log in to account management.

You cant log into account management without your authenticator.

Even if you could, you need an authenticated set of digits to remove it, also.

I tested a few times when I got mine to see how easy it would be to remove if I decided it was too much of a PITA.

Reminder: write down your serial number somewhere. If you've lost or broken the authenticator, you'll need it to remove it from your account if you want to avoid the hassle of sending in proof of your identity and waiting forever

Anyway.

I think we did pretty good last night for starting a half-hour late and having three subs (of course, we got very solid subs with good gear who knew the fights).

It's too bad we didn't get that Rotface kill but we'll have it next week.

I will put up next week's post later today.

Save authenticator serial number on iPhone - check.

That is a great, great suggestion and one I wouldnt have thought of. You are absolutely right, the only way to take the authenticator off is to log on to your battle.net account...... using the authenticator. I found out last night that in order to deactivate from your account without it handy, you have to download and fill out a form from the Blizz website and send them a copy of some sort of picture ID. I'm sure they wind up calling you to confirm as well but Lord only knows how long the whole ordeal takes for them to process.

Blizzard's record for helping with issues like this is excellent. Unfortunately, it's also slow as hell :(
