So here's where we'll mention our absences.

Laela and I will be missing October 13, 15, 20, and 22.

Ktulu will miss Oct 13 as well.

I will be missing next Monday October 6 due to family issues. I'll be back the 8th for kara on wends.

I will be missing raids from the 4th of October to the 3rd of November. Kinda kills raiding for me until WOTLK.

I'd like to miss a Monday before Wrath to hang out with some out-of-town friends on their day off, but which Monday is up for group vote.

I need to take some time off to focus on school, then we're moving the first of November, and I'll need some time to settle in before I come back.

At this point I will be missing raids from Oct. 6 thru Nov. 9th, unless something drastic changes.

So essentially I'll be absent from the raid until WotLK hits on Nov. 13th (as I assume there will be no raid on Wednesday the 12th so we can all stand in line to get our copy of the expansion).

That said, if folks do want to take a month off in prep for LK that's fine. As it stands, once the Expansion comes out many of us will be hellbent for leather (or cloth, or mail or plate) to get to 80.

If it turns out that way, I suspect I would consider a 1-month vacation in advance of the expansion to let folks relax and gather themselves (since the only thing out of the ordinary for most of us that could be stressful before then would be Halloween). Those not interested in the vacation can certainly run Heroics with the rest of us.

P.S.: Those still interested in raiding over this period if we do go on vacation can take solace in the fact that with the next patch, all the current top-level raids will be nerfed as a result of the mechanics changes.

I wouldn't mind trying to get ZA and Kara together this week, since we'll be down Kaadan (and Balis on Monday). After that we will be missing a whole lot of people though.
